Hawaii Vacation Package Details of Participation
Accommodation Details. Reservations are on a space-available
basis. Savings and available accommodations may vary by season. Accommodations
will be in a studio suite at the Hilton Hawaiian Village at the Kalia Tower
for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Standard value of accommodations: $365/night.
Upgrades may be available at an additional cost. If accommodations are not available
at the above named property, comparable accommodations may be offered. Package
includes accommodations only. All other charges, sales taxes, expenses, and
the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and not included in this special
rate. Holiday or high season rates may apply. Written confirmation required
to check-in.
Participation details. Previous participants of a Hilton Grand Vacations
Club offer within the last twelve (12) months are not eligible for this offer.
Current HGVClub® Members and employees of Hilton Grand Vacations
Company and their affiliates are not eligible for this offer.
Premiums. $100 will be credited to your credit card after you complete
the 15-minute vacation survey. Guests must complete the vacation survey at the
Concierge Desk located in the Lobby of the Lagoon Tower of the Hilton Hawaiian Village within three (3) days
of arrival on property.
Reservations. Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required.
This is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance purchase package.
A $7.95 charge applies to each reservation change made after the initial purchase.
Any change or cancellation made within 14 days prior to check-in will incur
an additional $120 fee. This fee also applies to a no-show on the scheduled
arrival date. Package expires twelve (12) months from date of purchase. If you
are unable to schedule your travel dates within 45 days on day 46 a $50 charge
will be applied to your credit card.
