resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 10-acre site of the new Hilton
Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip is located on Las Vegas
Boulevard at the North end of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
Completion of the first of four planned development phases is slated
for early 2004 and will include 284 of the resort’s planned
1,500 total units. Pre-opening vacation ownership sales are projected
to commence in the Fall of 2002. The new project represents the
third Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort to be developed in the
thriving Las Vegas market. Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Flamingo
and Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Las Vegas Hilton opened in
1993 and 1999, respectively.
HGVC also hosted an official groundbreaking ceremony in June 2001
at the site of a new 384-unit resort in Orlando, Florida. Situated
on 34 acres at the southwest intersection of International Drive
and Vineland Avenue, the new Hilton Grand Vacations Club on International
Drive is within minutes of Walt Disney World™ and adjacent
to the Orlando Premium Outlets. Completion of the first development
phase is slated for early 2004, and will include 96 units. Pre-opening
vacation ownership sales are projected to begin in early 2002. The
new project is the second HGVClub resort to be developed in Orlando.
The 468-unit Hilton Grand Vacations Club at SeaWorld International
Center opened in 1995.
Hilton Grand Vacations Company plans to expand its system of high
quality vacation ownership resorts both domestically and internationally
